Our fundraiser program is simple and effective:
- Buy two baseball or softball bats from us at full retail price
- Receive the bats, 1000 raffle tickets that double as coupons, an outline/instruction sheet on how to how to run the fundraiser and a voucher for one free bat (up to $500 value)
You choose the price to sell the tickets for. The math breaks down as follows:
- If your team sells 1000 raffle tickets for a free bat at $5/ea, your team profits $5,000
- If your team sells 1000 raffle tickets for a free bat at $10/ea, your team profits $10,000
- If your team sells 1000 raffle tickets for a free bat at $15/ea, your team profits $15,000

QUESTION: What do you mean when you say that the raffle tickets double as coupons?
ANSWER: To improve the value of each raffle ticket (and make them easier for your team to sell), we've added a special bonus to the back of each ticket: a coupon good for 5% off of retail pricing on any item sold at 360 Diamond Sports. This coupon is good whether the ticket is a winner or not.
QUESTION: My team wants to sell more than 1000 tickets. Can we get extras?
ANSWER: Of course! Contact us directly.
QUESTION: Is there a limit to how many times my team can do this fundraiser?
ANSWER: Of course not! You may do this fundraiser as often as you'd like.
QUESTION: What two bats must I buy in order to qualify for the fundraiser?
ANSWER: We don't specify which two bats you have to buy, we just specify that you must buy two brand new bats at retail price in order to qualify for the fundraiser.
QUESTION: Who/where should my team sell these tickets to?
ANSWER: Ballplayers or parents of ballplayers - anywhere and everywhere! We've had success selling tickets at ballfields during tournaments, ballfields during practice, at local baseball or softball training facilities, at school games - anywhere that you can find ballplayers or people who have ballplayers in their lives!
