The 2025 Marucci CATX2 Composite USSSA Baseball Bat is meticulously engineered to push the limits of performance, offering an exceptional tool for players seeking superior results. Featuring a two-piece composite construction, the CATX2 provides a longer barrel and a wider sweet spot, which enhances performance and energy transfer. The mid-loaded barrel design introduces a slight end-load, allowing for powerful swings without sacrificing swing speed.

The CATX2 Composite incorporates MDX Max Composite Construction, which is our most aggressive multi-directional composite barrel design. This design ensures higher performance straight out of the wrapper and a faster break-in period. The Liquid-Gel System, featuring patented anti-vibration technology, is integrated into the knob and endcap to absorb vibrations from both ends of the bat, providing a smooth and solid feel upon contact.

The OLS Connection design connects the barrel to the handle from the outside in, creating the stiffest connection available while eliminating virtually all vibrations for a strong, smooth swing. The S-25 Composite Handle is 15% less stiff than its predecessor, offering more whip and less vibration on contact.

Additionally, the bat features ring-free barrel construction for more barrel flex and increased performance without "dead" spots. The custom-molded handle taper is ergonomically designed for each weight drop, providing a better fit, enhanced control, and an overall improved feel. The CATX2 Composite is USSSA 1.15 BPF certified and includes a one-year warranty. It comes standard with a white 1.75mm grip, although grip weight and manufacturing tolerances may cause slight deviations from the listed weight.
